Can I purchase an individual item from Reform Clothing?

No, sorry. Individual items are not available for purchase from Reform. We only accept a minimum order of 25 garments and we don’t keep stock items for individual sale.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Your garments should be delivered to you within approximately eight weeks after we receive your deposit. If you have any special turnaround requirements, please give us a call and we’ll happily discuss them with you.

Do I have to pay for sample garments to be sent to me?

Not at all. We will cover all costs related to the sending and receiving of sample garments

Is there a minimum number of garments that can be ordered?

Yes there is. We require a minimum order of 25 garments per style, per order.


  • Do I have to pay extra for delivery?

    Not in Australia you don’t. We deliver Australia-wide at no cost to you. For international deliveries we’ll happily quote you accordingly however we don't ship to all countries.

  • How many characters can my nickname have?

    You can have up to 12 characters in the nickname on any garment. This takes into account design and manufacturing restrictions. Characters can be upper or lower case and can include any numbers or symbols that you’d find on a standard computer keyboard.

  • What are your office hours?

    Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm AEST. We also close on Victorian Public Holidays and for a brief period of time over each Christmas/New Year break.

  • What is the turnaround time for my order?

  • How much does an appointment cost?

    All appointments are free of charge. One of our expert team members will visit your school to show you our collection and to discuss your ideas face-to-face. Skype appointments are also free of charge, of course.

  • How long can I keep the sample garments before I have to return them?

    All samples must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the garments. Please be aware that you will be invoiced for any garments that become lost or damaged.

  • Do I have to pay for sample garments to be sent to me?

    Not at all. We will cover all costs related to the sending and receiving of sample garments

  • What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

    If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 28 days. Our Customer Care Team is standing by to help, and will endeavour to resolve any issue for you at speed. If we’re contacted after the 28 days, it makes it extremely difficult for us to rectify any situation due to the customisation of our garments.
