While we have headquarters in both Australia and the USA, we rely on our team in China to maintain the quality of our products. No matter what location they work from or what role they play, every Reform employee is a valuable part of our family.
Growing together
Starting with a mere 10 employees to now staffing just over 120, the Reform team in China has made great strides throughout the last decade. Staff from Australia and the USA spend several months each year in China working alongside our factory staff - focused on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining the wellbeing of every employee.
About the owner
Mr. Xiao is the owner of Reform’s factory and a close friend of our co-founder, Rob (In fact, he was even invited to Rob’s wedding in Australia last year). Growing up in a small town in central China, Mr. Xiao has more than two decades of experience in the apparel industry, having worked for brands including ADIDAS before starting his own company.

Your garments should be delivered to you approximately 8 weeks from the date of your order. If you need your garments sooner, give us a call and we'll see how we can help.
We make placing an order easy.
We ask that you have a minimum of 25 products per design. Since all of our products are made from scratch, our current manufacturing process simply doesn't allow for us to make individual custom products.
However, when reordering, provided there are no changes to the design we only require a minimum of 10 garments.
Our design lab is intended only to give you an idea of what you want - our design experts are ready and able to help you with your design whenever you need.
