Our standard delivery time is 8 weeks.

Covid-19 has made shipping times less predictable due to the cancellation of some cargo flights. Additional capacity has been added by our delivery partners which has reduced disruption. Whilst we are confident most disruption is behind the fast moving nature of the pandemic means it is still possible.

If you already have an order in production, we will proactively let you know if we anticipate any delay. Our standard delivery time does include an allowance for disruption so the majority of orders are still delivered on time.

If you require an express or guaranteed delivery time such as for an event please contact us.

Yes, during the manufacturing stage we’ll email you updating you on the progress of your order. At this point you can provide a new delivery address if needed.

Based on research conducted by The New England Medical Journal, COVID-19 particles do not remain on fabrics, cardboard or plastic for any longer than 72 hours. Shipment from our supplier to your home state is longer than 72 hours so we believe there is no risk of your garments inside the boxes being infected.

According to information provided by the World Health Organisation, the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

However as a precaution, when accepting deliveries from your local courier or delivery carriers, we advise you accept through no-touch methods, wipe the outside of the boxes and open them with gloves on if you’re doing so within 72 hours of the Courier touching the boxes and delivering them to you.
