              Copyright Infringement Policy

                4. Email address

              • Identification of Material:

              • Consent to Jurisdiction:

              • Your Signature:

                1. A physical or electronic signature.

              Counter-notifications should be sent to Reform Clothing’s designated copyright agent.


              4. Repeat Infringers

              Reform Clothing reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or other applicable laws.


              5. Misrepresentation

              Any person who knowingly submits false or misleading information in a copyright notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or other relevant laws.


              6. Changes to this Policy

              Reform Clothing may update this Copyright Infringement Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date at the top.
