              Terms & Conditions

              Last updated: 7 October 2026

              1. About the Website

              1.1. Welcome to reformclothing.com (the 'Website'). The Website provides you with an opportunity to browse, customize and purchase various products that have been listed for sale through the Website (the 'Products'). The Website provides this service by way of granting you access to the content on the Website (the 'Purchase Services').

              1.2. The Website is operated by Reform Clothing Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 83 135 897 148) ('Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd'). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd. Please read these terms and conditions (the 'Terms') carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or of any Services, immediately.

              1.3. Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd may change these Terms from time to time by updating this page, and the date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. When we make material changes, we will let you know before the changes take effect by a notice on the Website or by email, and we may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before you continue to use the Purchase Services. Changes do not affect orders placed before the change takes effect. We recommend that you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.

              2. Acceptance of the Terms

              You accept the Terms by remaining on the Website. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you by Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd in the user interface. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and accept on behalf of yourself and your organisation (e.g. school) that your data, including student data and submitted artwork, may be securely processed and stored in the United States and Australia and may also be processed by third-party design and vectorisation providers used to prepare factory production files, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

              3. Registration to use the Purchase Services

              3.1. In order to access the Purchase Services, you must first register as a user of the Website. As part of the registration process, or as part of your continued use of the Purchase Services (for example, when you place an order or send us an enquiry through our contact form or the Design Lab), you may be required to provide personal information about yourself (such as identification or contact details), including:

              • (a) First and Last Name

              • (b) Email address

              • (c) Mailing address

              • (d) Telephone number

              • (e) Organisation Name

              • (f) Password

              You will not be automatically subscribed to receive marketing emails or promotional communications by registering. Marketing communications will only be sent if you have opted in separately to receive them.

              3.2. You warrant that any information you give to Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd in the course of completing the registration process will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

              3.3. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be a registered member of the Website ('Customer') and agree to be bound by the Terms. As a Customer you will be granted immediate access to the Purchase Services.

              3.4. You may not use the Purchase Services and may not accept the Terms if:

              • (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd, unless you are using the Website with the permission of a parent or guardian, or are taking part in a design, voting or group order activity set up by your school or organisation (in which case any purchase is made by, or with the permission of, your organisation or your parent or guardian); or

              • (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Purchase Services under the laws of Australia or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Purchase Services.

              4. Your obligations as a Customer

              4.1. As a Customer, you agree to comply with the following:

              You will use the Purchase Services only for purposes that are permitted by:

              • (a) the Terms;

              • (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions;

              • (c) you have the sole responsibility for protecting the confidentiality of your password and/or email address. Use of your password by any other person may result in the immediate cancellation of the Purchase Services;

              • (d) any use of your registration information by any other person, or third parties, is strictly prohibited. You agree to immediately notify Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd of any unauthorised use of your password or email address or any breach of security of which you have become aware;

              • (e) access and use of the Website is limited, non-transferable and allows for the sole use of the Website by you for the purposes of Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd providing the Purchase Services;

              • (f) you will not use the Purchase Services or Website for any illegal and/or unauthorised use which includes collecting email addresses of Customers by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorised framing of or linking to the Website;

              • (g) you agree that commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from the Website without notice and may result in termination of the Purchase Services. Appropriate legal action will be taken by Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website;

              • (h) you acknowledge and agree that any automated use of the Website or its Purchase Services is prohibited;

              • (i) you will not upload images or submit text of content that most users would find to be offensive, upsetting, or inappropriate. Some examples of objectionable content include: defamatory commentary and hate speech about religion, gender, race and other targeted groups, overly sexual material of an explicit nature, portrayals of extreme violence or content that encourages violence, bullying and harassment, and illegal activities such as drug use.

              5. Purchase of Products and Returns Policy

              5.1. In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the 'Purchase Price').

              5.2. Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Stripe (the 'Payment Gateway Provider').

              In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.

              5.3. Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd may record your purchase details for future use.

              5.4 If a payment you make is reversed or charged back (other than because we failed to supply what you ordered), you do not pay an amount when it is due, or you otherwise breach these Terms, Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd may pause production or delivery of your order straight away until the issue is resolved, and any delivery date will move accordingly. If you do not resolve it (for example, by withdrawing the chargeback or paying the amount again) within 7 days after we notify you, we may cancel the order. Because Products are made to order, if we cancel an order for one of these reasons, we may keep from any amount you have paid, or recover from you, the reasonable costs we have already incurred on that order, including any dispute fee charged by our payment provider, and will refund any balance.

              5.5 If you do not pay an amount when it is due, you agree to pay the reasonable costs Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd incurs in recovering it, including reasonable debt collection and legal costs.

              5.6 Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd may apply any payment in reduction of fees, interest and/or part or all of any principal debt in such order of priority as Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd in its discretion considers appropriate.

              6. Warranty

              6.1. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

              6.2. In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd warrants that its Products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery (the 'Warranty Period') (the 'Warranty').

              6.3. To make a claim under the Warranty (a 'Warranty Claim'), contact us within the Warranty Period through our contact us page, by email to info@reformclothing.com or by phone on 1300 885 927, with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the defect and photos of it. This Warranty is given by Reform Clothing Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 83 135 897 148), 262 Darebin Road, Fairfield VIC 3078.

              6.4. If your Warranty Claim is accepted, Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd will, at its option, replace or repair the defective Products or refund the price paid for them, at no cost to you. In most cases we can assess a claim from photos and you will not need to send the Products back. If we need to inspect them, we will tell you where to send them and will pay the reasonable cost of returning them.

              6.5. The benefits given to you by this Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the goods to which the Warranty relates.

              6.6. The Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, abnormal handling or service, failure to follow care instructions, normal wear and tear, or alteration of the Products after delivery.

              6.7. Some materials, such as leather and some plastics, have natural scratches, scuff marks and blemishes from the manufacturing process. These are normal and are not defects, provided the Product is otherwise of acceptable quality.

              7. Delivery

              7.1. You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd integrate delivery (the 'Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the 'Delivery Service Providers').

              7.2. In providing the Purchase Services, Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.

              7.3. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd asks that you contact us outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit, so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.

              8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

              8.1. The Website, the Purchase Services and all of the related products of Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd are subject to copyright. The material on the Website is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and through international treaties. Unless otherwise indicated, all rights (including copyright) in the site content and compilation of the website (including text, graphics, logos, button icons, video images, audio clips and software) (the 'Content') are owned or controlled for these purposes, and are reserved by Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd or its contributors.

              8.2. Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Website and all related content. Nothing you do on or in relation to the Website will transfer to you:

              • (a) the business name, trading name, domain name, trademark, industrial design, patent, registered design or copyright of Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd; or

              • (b) the right to use or exploit a business name, trading name, domain name, trademark or industrial design; or

              • (c) a system or process that is the subject of a patent, registered design or copyright (or an adaptation or modification of such a system or process).

              8.3. You may not, without the prior written permission of Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd and the permission of any other relevant rights owners: broadcast, republish, up-load to a third party, transmit, post, distribute, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the Content or third party content for any purpose. This prohibition does not extend to materials on the Website, which are freely available for re-use or are in the public domain.

              8.4 You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, graphics, text or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorisations from the owners.

              8.5 Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others. We have a policy of removing user submissions that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws, and suspending or blocking access to the design-saving or other features of our site to any user who uses our site in violation of any such law.

              8.6 Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written and other materials that appear on the reformclothing.com site (collectively the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Reform Clothing.

              Reform Clothing is the owner of the Reform trademark; other trademarks made available through our site, including logos, slogans, colour schemes and design trademarks, are licensed for use by Reform Clothing from Institutions and other third parties (the "Licensed Marks").

              The site provides templates, fonts, clip art, graphics and other design elements for you to use in your designs ('Reform Design Elements'). Reform Clothing retains all rights in Reform Design Elements, and designs made with them may be similar to designs created by other customers. Reform Clothing may also take general inspiration from the styles, layouts, colour combinations and ideas in designs created on the site when creating new designs, templates or Reform Design Elements, and may offer those to other customers. When we do this, we will not reuse the artwork, logos, crests, names or other content that you or your organisation supply ('Your Content').

              You (or your organisation) keep ownership of your personal data and of Your Content, including your organisation's intellectual property (such as school or corporate logos), even when it is included in a design. You grant Reform Clothing a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use Your Content and the designs you save to provide our services to you - for example, to show your saved designs on their own pages on the site (which can be viewed by anyone who has the link, as described in our Privacy Policy), to share them with your group for selection, and to produce your order. We will not use Your Content, or designs that include it, in our marketing without your permission.

              8.7 Platform Data and Machine Learning

              By using our platform and its features (including but not limited to design tools, voting systems, and interactive elements), you acknowledge and agree that:

              (a) Reform Clothing may collect, analyse, and use data generated through platform interactions to operate, analyse, improve and develop our services and features. This includes but is not limited to interaction data, preference indicators, voting and win-rate data, design-tool outputs, and metadata about how artwork is used on products (such as size, colour, type and placement).

              (b) We may utilise various technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, to analyse this platform data and enhance our services. Such analysis may include design trends, user preferences, and platform interactions.

              (c) While you retain ownership of your personal data and organisational intellectual property (such as logos and trademarks), you grant Reform Clothing a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, analyse, and learn from the platform interaction data, design-tool outputs and design trends generated through your use of our services for the purposes described above.

              (d) This licence does not extend to using your uploaded artwork files to train, fine-tune or develop AI models to generate, reproduce or imitate artwork. Third-party tools used to prepare your files for production are addressed in clause 8.8, and additional protections for First Nations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) artwork are set out in clause 8.9.

              (e) Additional protections apply to First Nations artwork, which is subject to clause 8.9. Clause 8.9 prevails over this clause to the extent of any inconsistency in relation to First Nations artwork.

              8.8 Third-Party Design Processing and Vectorisation

              To create factory production files for garment printing, embroidery and related manufacturing processes, Reform Clothing may use third-party design tools, including AI-enabled raster-to-vector ("vectorisation") services, when you submit bitmap, raster, photo, screenshot or other non-vector artwork. Vectorisation converts a pixel-based image (such as a photo or scan) into a scalable vector file suitable for print or embroidery.

              (a) If you submit non-vector artwork, you acknowledge and agree that use of these tools may be required to convert, clean up, separate or otherwise adapt your artwork for production. If you would prefer to avoid this, you may supply production-ready SVG or other acceptable vector files.

              (b) You retain ownership of your personal data and your organisation's intellectual property in submitted artwork. When we use third-party tools to process your artwork, we take reasonable steps to protect it, including choosing providers that do not retain your artwork beyond what is needed to perform the service and do not use it for their own purposes such as training AI models. These providers process your artwork in accordance with their own published terms and privacy policies.

              (c) Reform Clothing does not transfer ownership of your artwork to these providers, but you acknowledge that your use of our services authorises us to submit your artwork to them where reasonably necessary to fulfil your order and generate production-ready files.

              (d) First Nations artwork is subject to the additional protections in clause 8.9. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

              8.9 First Nations Artwork

              (a) Reform Clothing recognises the cultural significance of First Nations artwork and the rights of First Nations artists and communities in their cultural and intellectual property, including Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP).

              (b) Where you upload, submit or incorporate First Nations artwork into a design, you warrant that: (i) the artwork was created in accordance with the cultural rights and protocols of the relevant First Nations community; and (ii) you hold all necessary rights, permissions and consents to use and reproduce that artwork on the Products and to authorise the adjustments and sharing described in these Terms.

              (c) Reform Clothing may ask you, the artist, or the relevant rights holder to complete and sign a First Nations Artwork permission form (available from your Reform account manager or on request) before an order proceeds to production, and may decline or pause an order until it is provided. The warranties in clause 8.9(b) apply to any First Nations artwork you submit, whether or not a permission form is completed.

              (d) Reform Clothing does not create, commission or generate First Nations artwork or First Nations-style artwork.

              (e) We do not use First Nations artwork to train, fine-tune or develop generative AI models designed to reproduce or imitate artwork. Where First Nations artwork requires technical preparation for production (for example vectorisation, recolouring, resizing or colour separation), we will use only tools and services that do not use your artwork to train AI and do not retain it beyond what is needed to perform the service. Alternatively we may prepare it manually.

              (f) Where we adjust First Nations artwork to make it production-ready, we will take reasonable care to preserve its cultural integrity and will not distort, crop out, mirror or recombine culturally meaningful elements in a way that changes their meaning. Final designs are subject to your approval (and, where applicable, the artist's or rights holder's approval) before production.

              (g) You acknowledge that, to help your group choose a design, designs (including those incorporating First Nations artwork) may be adjusted for production and shared for group selection before a design is finalised, including by means of a shareable link that may be accessible to anyone who has the link.

              (h) Use of First Nations artwork, or of images of finished garments featuring it, in Reform Clothing's marketing is separate from your order and is not covered by these Terms; we will not use it for marketing without your separate, optional consent.

              (i) This clause prevails over clauses 8.6, 8.7 and 8.8 to the extent of any inconsistency in relation to First Nations artwork.

              (j) Reform Clothing may decline, pause or cease production of any order where, in its reasonable opinion: (i) the origin of, or rights to, First Nations artwork cannot be confirmed; or (ii) a design uses, reproduces, evokes or imitates First Nations artwork, symbols or cultural expression in a manner that may be culturally inappropriate or misleading, whether or not the design infringes any legally recognised right. This discretion is in addition to, and independent of, any rights arising from a breach of the warranties you give under clause 8.9(b).

              8.10 View our Copyright Infringement Policy.

              9. Privacy

              Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd takes your privacy seriously and any information provided through your use of the Website and/or the Purchase Services are subject to Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd's Privacy Policy.

              9.1 Click here to view our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
              9.2 We may use security measures, including Google reCAPTCHA and similar technologies, to help protect the Website, customer accounts, forms, checkout and other Purchase Services from spam, fraud, abuse and other automated or malicious activity.
              9.3 By using the Website, you acknowledge that information may be processed as reasonably necessary for those security and abuse-prevention purposes, as further described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

              10. General Disclaimer

              10.1. You acknowledge that Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd does not make any terms, guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions whatsoever regarding the Products other than provided for pursuant to these Terms.

              10.2. Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd will make every effort to ensure a Product is accurately depicted on the Website, however, you acknowledge that the design preview is a visual guide and sizes and colours may vary from what is displayed on the website. Minor adjustments may be made to final design by Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd to meet manufacturing requirements.

              10.3. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded.

              10.4. Subject to this clause, and to the extent permitted by law:

              • (a) all terms, guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions which are not expressly stated in these Terms are excluded; and

              • (b) Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd will not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (unless such loss or damage is reasonably foreseeable resulting from our failure to meet an applicable Consumer Guarantee), loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Purchase Services or these Terms (including as a result of not being able to use the Purchase Services or the late supply of the Purchase Services), whether at common law, under contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, pursuant to statute or otherwise.

              10.5. Use of the Website, the Purchase Services, and any of the products of Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd (including the Delivery Services), is at your own risk. Everything on the Website, the Purchase Services, and the Products of Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd, are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty or condition of any kind. None of the affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contributors, third party content providers or licensors of Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd (including any third party where the Delivery Services are made available to you) make any express or implied representation or warranty about its Content or any products or Purchase Services (including the products or Purchase Services of Reform Clothing Co Pty Ltd) referred to on the Website. This includes (but is not restricted to) loss or damage you might suffer as a result of any of the following:

              • (a) failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failure to correct defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or other harmful component, loss of data, communication line failure, unlawful third party conduct, or theft, destruction, alteration or unauthorised access to records;

              • (b) the accuracy, suitability or currency of any information on the Website, the Purchase Service, or any of its Content related products (including third party material and advertisements on the Website);

              • (c) costs incurred as a result of you using the Website, the Purchase Services or any of the Products;

              • (d) the Content or operation in respect to links which are provided for the User's convenience;

              • (e) any failure to complete a transaction, or any loss arising from e-commerce transacted on the Website; or

              • (f) any defamatory, threatening, offensive or unlawful conduct of third parties or publication of any materials relating to or constituting such conduct.

              11. Limitation of Liability
