All of our prices include GST.
Your price is determined by the product you select, your custom design, and the number of items you order. All our products have a starting price, which includes a set number of designs and custom names or numbers.
You can view the starting from price, inclusions, and volume discounts for your chosen product on its product details page.
Hover or select the (i) next to the Starting from price for 25 items to see inclusions.
You can calculate the exact price for your custom design in the Design Lab. As you add decorations and features to your design, your price will automatically update. To see your volume discount, enter the number of items you wish to order into the Estimated quantity field.

When designing or during ordering, your price could change if:
- You edit the 'Estimated quantity' field in the Design Lab.
- During ordering, your total order quantity moves you into a different volume tier.
- You make changes to your design that are outside of the base price inclusions including:
- Adding a decoration to an additional design space.
- Adding an additional custom name or number.
- Upgrading the application type to embroidery for a custom name.
- Adding a design to the inside lining of a jacket.
To revert your design to the previous price, you will need to undo the design change that caused the price to change.

If you have utilised the sizing chart and find that your size falls outside our standard range, please contact us for assistance. Be sure to provide details on the product style, the order, and the measurements you used for sizing. In some instances, we may request that you send a personal garment to our warehouse for measurement.
Material waste
A key area of focus for our team is minimising waste of raw materials - the less raw material we use per garment, the less energy required to produce those materials. Our raw material inventory is managed very tightly to ensure we only stock what is needed to service demand. We have chosen to work with suppliers in close proximity to our factory to guarantee shorter lead times - the added benefit of this is we reduce transportation costs. Every garment is only produced when it's needed so sustainability is at the very core of what we do.
Waste water
To reduce environmental impact from waste water and the dyeing process, we have handpicked a select group of fabric suppliers that meet these modern day standards for their disposal of waste water.
In addition to this, we have adopted direct-to-fabric printing technologies for some products, which removes the dyeing process entirely. This is achieved through large format inkjet printing technology that is controlled in-house and uses no water. Ironing is the only manufacturing process conducted within our factory that uses water in the production of the products.
Environmental impact
A critical step in establishing our factory was passing an independent environmental impact assessment. This includes an in-depth assessment of every step in the manufacturing process to determine potential environmental impact. We have installed systems to capture any exhaust fumes generated during the manufacturing process before the air is passed into the atmosphere. We strive to minimise the impact we have on the environment where possible, and don't believe the job will ever be done but view it as an area of continuous improvement.
We want you to love your product so if it’s defective, contact our team within 30 days of delivery and we will investigate. We may require photos of your garment, for the garment to be returned to us, and to liaise with your order manager regarding other garments in the order experiencing the same issue.
