Your price is determined by the product selected, custom design, and how many products you order. Your price will be visible in the Design Lab, on your saved designs, in your design projects, and during ordering.

How your price is calculated

The price for your order is determined by:

• The base price of the product you select.

  • You can view the base price of each product style on the products page.

• The decorations and features of your custom design.

  • Add and remove decorations and features of your design in the Design Lab.

• The number of items you order.

  • You can specify how many items you intend to order in the Design Lab and during ordering to view your volume discount.

All prices are in AUD.

What's included in the base price

The base price for each product includes:

• A set number of design spaces.

  • In the design lab a design space is marked by a white box. You can add multiple designs within a design space without affecting your price.

• A set number of custom names or numbers.

• Standard shipping within Australia.

• GST

To see what is included in the base price, view the Product Details Page for any Product and hover or select the (i) symbol next to the Starting from price information.

Your price may change if you:

• Add decorations to additional design spaces.

  • For example, if your base price includes 2 design spaces and you have added designs to the front and back of your hoodie, adding a design to the sleeve with increase your price.

• Add an additional personalisation option with a custom name or number.

• Upgrade the application type to embroidery for a custom name.

• Add a design to the inside lining of a jacket.

Viewing the price for your design and order

As your final price depends on your selected product, the details of the design and how many you order each design you create may have a different price.

View your price when designing.

Open your selected product in the Design Lab and enter the amount you expect to order in the estimated quantity field. The price per garment and total order price will be displayed.

The Design Lab will update your price as you add or remove aspects of your design.

Save your designs to a Design Project to view and compare the price of each of your designs in one place.

View your price when ordering

Buy Now orders

Your price will be displayed on your order management page next to your product. The price will update as you add your orders if you move into the next volume discount tier.

The final price will be displayed on the checkout page.

Buy with your group order

Group members pay directly

During order set up you will be asked to confirm your expected order quantity which will finalise the price each of your group members will pay when they place their order.

Paying on behalf of group members

Your price will be displayed on your order management page next to your product. The price will update as your group adds their orders if you move into the next volume discount tier.
