Q: Are your products sustainably produced?

Material waste A key area of focus for our team is minimising waste of raw materials - the less raw material we use per garment, the less energy required to produce those materials. Our raw material inventory is managed very tightly to ensure we only stock what is needed to service demand. We have chosen to work with suppliers in close proximity to our factory to guarantee shorter lead times - the added benefit of this is we reduce transportation costs. Every garment is only produced when it's needed so sustainability is at the very core of what we do. Waste water To reduce environmental impact from waste water and the dyeing process, we have handpicked a select group of fabric suppliers that meet these modern day standards for their disposal of waste water. In addition to this, we have adopted direct-to-fabric printing technologies for some products, which removes the dyeing process entirely. This is achieved through large format inkjet printing technology that is controlled in-house and uses no water. Ironing is the only manufacturing process conducted within our factory that uses water in the production of the products. Environmental impact A critical step in establishing our factory was passing an independent environmental impact assessment. This includes an in-depth assessment of every step in the manufacturing process to determine potential environmental impact. We have installed systems to capture any exhaust fumes generated during the manufacturing process before the air is passed into the atmosphere. We strive to minimise the impact we have on the environment where possible, and don't believe the job will ever be done but view it as an area of continuous improvement.

Polycotton Twill

Made using a blend of natural and synthetic fibres in a twill style weave, the polycotton twill is a super-durable fabric that is crisp and wrinkle resistant.

Built to survive even the toughest conditions from a blend of 60% cotton and 40% polyester it can be worn comfortably in all climates.

Knitted Yarn

The thick knitted yarn combines the natural fibres of cotton with the synthetic fibres of polyester creating a quality knit that will retain its shape and provides comfort in all climates.

A blended fabric that contains 70% cotton and 30% polyester with a soft hand feel.

Combining the natural fibres of cotton which is soft but not known for its strength with the synthetic fibres of polyester to enhance the fabrics performance.

The lightweight polycotton fleece is a durable and comfortable fabric that is wrinkle free and perfect for all climates.

100% cotton facing to avoid balling on the fabrics surface with a blended 60% cotton 40% polyester unbrushed terry fleece backing.

Knitted Cotton

A durable natural fibre that is breathable, hypoallergenic and biodegradable.

Wool

Combining the natural fibres of wool with a touch of nylon to enhance the fabrics strength, wool is one of the lightest natural fibres while also being one of the strongest.

Our Wool fabric is soft to touch, breathable and has excellent insulating properties making it ideal for moderate to cooler climates.

Faux Leather Varsity Jacket

Faux Leather

A premium natural resin that is specifically designed to look identical to leather while being 100% vegan. The polyurethane material is more breathable and flexible than real leather so the garment moulds comfortably to your body.

It can be wiped with a damp cloth or put through a cold machine wash.

This heavyweight material is ideal for moderate to cooler climates.

Our faux leather is made with premium resin/polyurethane, which we prefer over the cheaper alternatives like vinyl or PVC.
