Heat Transfer Printing

Our heat transfer printing is virtually limitless in customizability, which means you get to have just about any design - no matter how intricate - printed directly onto your garment. Since our heat transfer print is flexible and lightweight, there are no limitations on the thickness of the material used to print on, unlike other applications such as large embroidery or felt badges, which may cause discomfort or alter the fit of a T-Shirt. We use an environmentally-friendly, water-based ink that produces extremely vivid color, and we are even able to mix colors to cater for your exact design specifications.

Embroidery

Embroidery on your garment is a premium option for those who want to outshine the rest. Our multiple-head embroidery machines import your digital files for designs, logos, and colors so that you get a premium embroidered garment made to your exact specifications. Embroidery colors are not limited to Reform Standard Colors, which means that designs limitations are almost non-existent.

Vinyl

Vinyl is a premium option to ensure your custom names and numbers have a high-quality finish and stand the test of time on your garment. Using a special machine, we are able to cut your designs out of sheets of vinyl with immense precision. Then, with our multiple heat press machines, we are able to use a combination of both heat and heavy pressure to apply the vinyl to your garments. Using vinyl printing allows us to print in full, vibrant color - ensuring your design really stands out amongst the crowd.

Finding your size

We offer adult unisex sizing, which is different from conventional sizing.

Find a similar shirt that you already own and that fits you well.

Take the shirt and lay it out on a flat surface, smoothing away any wrinkles from the fabric's surface.

Measure the lines as shown in the image from seam to seam.

Compare your measurements to the chart to choose the best equivalent size.

Your order manager will supply you with a link to your group’s order.

Follow the link supplied by your order manager.
Review the information in the Group Instructions field. This may contain important information added by your order manager about your custom name or payment.
Fill in the size and quantity fields next to the design you want to order.
Fill in any personalization fields. If there are no fields present then your design does not have personalization.

The field name indicates where the personalization will be on the garment as well as the what you should enter in the field (e.g. Team name, First name).
As you type, the preview area will display the name in the selected font.
If the lines on the outside of the preview area turn red, then your custom name is too long. Unfortunately, Reform cannot change the font size to accommodate longer custom names.
If you do not wish to personalize your order, leave the fields blank.

If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, use the toggle option and enter in their name, otherwise the name on the order list viewed by your order manager will be the name you use when creating your account in a later step.

Repeat steps 3-6 if you are ordering more than one design, otherwise select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
Create an account or log in if you already have one.
Complete the final check and enter your payment details.
Select PLACE YOUR ORDER. You will receive an email confirming your order details.
