Provide product via on-demand manufacturing so only precisely what's needed is produced.
Minimize waste of raw materials by leveraging automated technologies in the production process and data to minimize oversupply of raw materials.
Reduce transportation and fuel usage via geographically closely-connected suppliers.
Comply with applicable environmental laws in all areas of trade and operation, including wastewater management and disposal.
Conduct and pass in-depth independent environmental impact assessments by local government in supply chain trade and operation.
Reduce water usage by preferencing direct-to-fabric printing technologies.
Reduce emissions and waste from the manufacturing process.
Consider and openly discuss environmental impact and policies in planning discussions at all levels.
Favor suppliers and products that have strong environmental policies and environmentally-friendly products.
Minimize the impact we have on the environment.
Continually improve our environmental performance and reduction of our carbon footprint.
Paperless - Processes are designed to not use paper or printing with the goal of minimizing the usage of paper and printer cartridges.
Recycling - Staff recycles waste and are encouraged to decrease the amount of waste for collection.
Work-from-home allowed or staff encouraged to commute to the office via public transport, with the office situated close to public transport options.

Ethical supply chain
We recognize that our purchasing decisions can have a significant social and environmental impact. We expect our suppliers to act in full compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Supply chain objectives
Reform Clothing to pay fair rates for work and not negotiate to the extent where a job is barely profitable for the supplier.
Reform Clothing to ensure conditions or expectations of all orders are clear and transparent, particularly in regard to price, lead time, and job specifications.
Factory staff and suppliers, as our partners, work toward a collective goal so that all parties have a mutually-beneficial relationship and can deliver a product with which they are proud to be associated.
Reform Clothing to make all payments to suppliers within agreed terms.
Reform Clothing to be understanding of mistakes, provided they are not due to misleading behaviour or information, or unprofessional work practices.
Cooperate with suppliers at all times, particularly when a job becomes difficult or an honest mistake is made. When suppliers make mistakes, work with them and the customer to find an outcome that is least costly for the supplier whilst still pleasing the customer.
We work side by side to make sure good working conditions are met, and we continue to seek the best practices with our partner suppliers.
Health and Safety
Reform Clothing is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and secure work environment to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, linked with, or occurring in the course of work, or as a result of the operation of our factory.
The Reform factory is audited regularly by local authorities to ensure the safest working conditions.
We expect our supply partners to provide safe working conditions, comply with all relevant local laws, and provide a comfortable working environment for all employees.
Reform Clothing to abide by all local laws in the running of our factory in relation to minimum wage, salaries, leave entitlements, overtime, tax and provide all legally-mandated benefits required by applicable local laws.
Hours of Work
Reform Clothing shall comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding working hours and overtime hours for its factory employees by the laws of the country where the workers are employed.
All Reform Clothing factory overtime work shall be voluntary and paid in accordance with local law. Other than in extraordinary circumstances, the sum of regular and overtime hours in a week shall not exceed 50 hours.
Reform Clothing will not accept any of the following practices from our suppliers
Illegal conduct and corruption
Forced Labor: There shall be no use of forced labor, including prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor, or other forms of forced labor.
Child Labor: No person shall be employed under the age of 15 or under the age for completion of compulsory education, whichever is higher.
Discrimination: No person shall be subject to any discrimination in employment, including hiring, compensation, advancement, discipline, termination, or retirement, on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, social group, or ethnic origin.
Harassment or Abuse: Every employee shall be treated with respect and dignity. No employee shall be subject to any physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal harassment or abuse.
Use of banned or dangerous chemicals: E.g. azo colorants, formaldehyde, pentachlorophenol, cadmium, nickel, etc.
