Social responsibility
We believe the way apparel is made matters.
This means considering the people behind the process, the conditions they work in, and the impact our decisions have beyond the finished product. We aim to operate with fairness, transparency and accountability in every relationship promoting respect and trust within our team, with our customers and across our supply chain.
Ethical supply chain
Our purchasing decisions carry responsibility. We expect our supply partners to comply with all applicable laws and to uphold safe and ethical working standards.
Many of our manufacturing relationships span more than a decade. These long-term partnerships allow us to maintain open dialogue, consistent standards and shared accountability. Where appropriate, independent audits are conducted to support transparency, continual improvement and maintain standards.
Environmental responsibility
Responsibility extends beyond people, it also includes the impact our operations have on the environment.
We are committed to integrating sustainable practices into the way we work, from material selection through to day-to-day operations. This includes expanding the use of recycled fabrics, producing on demand to reduce excess stock, and being informed about our operational footprint.
Our focus is not on claiming perfection, but on making steady meaningful progress.
