Color & weight
We compare every new batch of fabric with an original sample under a special light to ensure that if you order two separate runs at separate times, the colors will be consistent. We also weigh each fabric to ensure they meet our weight standards.
Resistance to shrinkage
We understand the disappointment when a new product fails after its first wash. We carefully select fabrics pre-washing all materials before transforming them into garments to ensure we factor in shrinkage during the process.
Resistance to fading
We have a diligent dyeing process that involves testing different patches in UV light, washing colored patches against white fabric to ensure the colors won’t run, and soaking the fabric for 48 hours. The end result? Colors that don’t fade or run.
Resistance to pilling
We test our fabrics to ensure they stay looking great with regular use. Small pieces of fabric are rotated repeatedly against an abrasive surface to check for pilling (balling on the fabrics surface). Only fabrics that withstand this test maintaining their look and feel are approved for production.
Tensile strength
Fabrics should be able to handle the demands of daily wear. We test and measure how far the material can stretch before the fibres give way and how long it can hold up under tension.
Proposition 65 compliance
Each year, we test our products to ensure they meet Proposition 65 standards, a Californian regulation designed to protect people from exposure to certain harmful chemicals. Compliance means our fabrics and materials are safe to wear and responsibly made.

Detail inspection
Every single graphic, badge, and decoration that comes out of our factory is carefully compared to the original before being shipped out.
Custom names & numbers
To highlight what makes your group unique, we have to get every name and number correct - every custom detail is cross-checked with the original order for accuracy.
Sizing
The sizes of each garment, as well as each custom name and number, are compared to the original order to ensure every item is correct.
Sewing
All of our products are hand-sewn. We inspect every seam to ensure each garment meets Reform standards and that there are no loose threads or stains.
