Pty Ltd (ABN 83 135 897 148), an Australian company trading in the United States as Reform Clothing ("Reform", "Reform Clothing", "we" or "us") is committed to providing quality services to you at www.reformclothing.com (the "Site") and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we collect, use, and share information that we gather about users of our site.

This Policy also applies to our design voting site at vote.reformclothing.com. The voting site uses only the strictly necessary cookie and storage described under Design voting in The Cookies We Set; the consent banner and the analytics, advertising and other tools described in our Cookie Policy apply to www.reformclothing.com.

Your use of our Site is governed by our terms and conditions. This Policy explains how we handle your Personal Information. It is a notice to you, not a contract, and it does not limit any rights you have under privacy law.

This Policy may change from time to time. See Policy Updates below for how we will tell you about changes.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information that identifies, relates to, describes or could reasonably be linked with you or your household. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers. We also collect any other information that you choose to provide us through our Site (e.g. contents of messages, orders or designs you send or create on our Site).

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website reformclothing.com, from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies, and from third parties. We don't guarantee website links or policies of authorized third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you. If you choose to opt-in, we may also use your information for marketing purposes. You will only receive marketing communications if you have provided explicit consent. If you have opted in to marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information includes information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union or professional body membership, health information, and other categories treated as sensitive under applicable law. If you are a California resident, please also see the Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA) section below, which describes the categories of sensitive personal information we may handle and your right to limit its use.

Sensitive information will be used by us only:

  • For the primary purpose for which it was obtained.

  • For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose.

  • With your consent, or where required or authorized by law.

Design Voting

Schools, clubs, businesses and other organizations can run a design vote on our design voting site, where the people they invite choose between designs. Anyone with the vote's voting link can take part, including students.

When you vote, we collect your first and last name, your vote, any comment you choose to add, and any feedback you leave on individual designs. You do not need an account or an email address to vote. We keep a random code in your browser to help stop duplicate votes. The same code is stored with your vote, so voting again from that browser updates your earlier vote. We also compare names within a vote to spot duplicate votes. Depending on the organizer's settings, a later vote under the same name may replace an earlier one, and similar names are flagged for the organizer to review.

The organizer of a vote can see the names, votes, comments and design feedback of the people who took part. Anyone with the voting link can take part and, if the organizer allows it, see results and comments (without names). The organizer's management link controls the vote and should not be shared. Older management links stop working one month after the vote closes.

Children and Students

Schools, clubs and other organizations use our services to design and order garments for their students and members. Students, including students under 18, may take part in some activities, such as voting on designs (see Design Voting above) or adding their name and size to a group order. These activities are set up by a teacher, staff member or other organizer.

For group orders and personalized garments, we collect the name, size and any custom name or number to be printed on the garment, entered by the student, a parent or the organizer. The organizer of a group order can see the details entered in it.

We use students' information only to run the activity and produce the order. We do not use it for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell it.

Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 except through an activity set up by their school or organization with its authorization. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

Organizers are responsible for letting students (and, where their own policies require it, parents or guardians) know about the activity and this Policy. A student, a parent or guardian, or the school or organization can ask us to access, correct or delete a student's information - see Access to your Personal Information below.

When someone asks to access, correct or delete a student's information on the student's behalf, we will check their identity and their authority to act for the student - for example, that they are the student's parent or guardian, or a staff member of the school or organization that ran the activity - before we act. If we cannot confirm this, we may ask the school or organization to confirm it, or decline the request.

Information we collect

Information is collected directly from you or through the use of our Site and from third parties. We may combine all of the information we collect about you from these various sources.

Information we collect directly from you

Depending on how you use our Site (for example, creating an account, placing an order, or sending us an inquiry through our contact form or the Design Lab), you may provide us with certain information that can identify you as an individual, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization name, payment details, and shipping or billing address (collectively, "Personal Information"). Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe: you enter your card details directly into Stripe's secure checkout or, if you pay by phone, our team enters them directly into Stripe for you. We do not store your full card number. We will also collect any other information that you choose to provide to us through our Site (e.g. contents of messages you send to us through our Site).

Content that you provide

You may upload graphics, photos or other materials to the Site ("Content"). Designs you save have their own page on our Site so you can view, share and order them. We do not publish a gallery of customer designs, but when you save or share a design, the design (e.g. jacket designs) and the information included in it (e.g. names, design name, order name and instructions) can generally be viewed by anyone who has the design's link, without logging in - for example, so your group can view and select designs. Design links are not password-protected or secret, so a person who is given, obtains or correctly guesses a link may be able to view the design. Please share links only with people you trust and avoid including information in a design that you would not want others to see. Once a link has been shared, we cannot control how others use it or the Content they see.

Information we collect about you from third parties

We may collect information about you from third parties. For example, we may obtain business contact details (such as name, role, organization, email address and phone number) from publicly available sources and from data providers, so we can contact schools, clubs and other organizations about our products. We may also collect information about you from other Reform Clothing users (e.g. if one user invites you to join a project or order).

Information we collect automatically through your use of our Site

We may automatically collect information about your use of our Site and your orders, including but not limited to your Internet protocol ("IP") address, the type of web browser you are using, the website that led you to our Site, the website you visit after leaving our Site, the pages you view on our Site, the dates and times you access our Site, and information about any orders you place, such as your order identification number, items ordered, and the cost of your order.

Security and abuse prevention technologies

We use security and fraud prevention tools, including Google reCAPTCHA, to help protect our Site, forms, accounts, checkout and other services from spam, fraud, abusive activity and automated misuse. When these tools are used, they may collect technical and interaction data such as your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, page and request information, and how you interact with the Site. This information is used to assess risk, verify legitimate use, and protect our services, customers and business.

Testing and feedback tools

If you choose to help us test the Site (see Beta testing and feedback in our Cookie Policy), we load a feedback tool that lets you report a problem or suggest an improvement. When you send feedback, it captures a screenshot of the page you are viewing, the page address, your browser, operating system and screen size, technical logs from your browser, and anything you type. The screenshot may include personal information shown on that page, such as your name, delivery address or order details. The tool is never loaded unless you turn it on.

How we use your information

Reform Clothing may use your information, including Personal Information and/or content, for the following purposes:

Providing our services

To facilitate your orders and administer your account; to respond to your questions or requests; to provide you with news or other information we think may interest you; to communicate with you about your account, orders or use of our Site or for other informational purposes; to improve our services; and for other account or customer support-related purposes. Please note that we use your email address to save and identify your product designs on our Site, and to list the design votes you created on your account page.

Marketing and advertising

To provide you with special offers, product information and other marketing or promotional communications only if you have opted in to receive such messages from Reform Clothing. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, we may provide such content to you via our website, email, or third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads). See Third-Party Tools on This Site for more information. You will not be added to marketing or advertising lists solely by registering an account.

Research and analytics

To analyze how customers use our Site, services and products; to analyze how customers interact with marketing or other communications we send to them; for other research, analytical and statistical purposes. This research may include creating profiles to help us analyze or predict your personal preferences or interests for marketing purposes.

Testing and improving the Site

If you opt in to beta testing and feedback: to receive and act on the problems and suggestions you send us, and to give you early access to new or changed features before they are released to everyone.

Platform Analytics and Technology

Reform Clothing leverages various technologies, including advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, to improve our services and understand user preferences. We may:

  • Collect and analyze data from platform interactions, use of features and saved designs

  • Use technological tools to study trends and patterns

  • Apply learnings to enhance user experience and platform functionality

  • Develop new features and capabilities based on platform data

Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances, we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

Design and Production Processing Tools

In order to manufacture custom apparel, we must process and prepare the artwork or designs you submit, and occasionally these may contain Personal Information (such as team rosters or student names). Where you provide raster or other non-vector artwork, we prepare it for production in one of two ways:

  • Software-based conversion. We may use third-party design tools, including AI-enabled raster-to-vector (vectorization) services such as Recraft and design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, to convert, clean up and format your artwork for printing, embroidery and other production processes. Recraft's platform also makes available AI image models supplied by other companies - including Google's Gemini image models - which our designers may use to help prepare artwork. Where a designer uses one of these models, your artwork is sent to that model provider to carry out the task. The providers involved and the countries in which they operate are listed in Our Sub-processors below.

  • Manual preparation by a specialist artwork studio. We use Path (Outsource Experts Ltd) for manual vectorization. Artwork sent to Path is reviewed and prepared by people rather than software. That work is carried out at Path's production facility in Bangladesh, and the files are stored on cloud infrastructure in the United States and, in some cases, the European Union. Completed files are returned to us through Dropbox links that remain active for four months and then expire.

If you would prefer to avoid third-party preparation, you may supply production-ready vector files (such as SVG).

We take reasonable steps to protect your artwork when using these tools and services. We select providers that do not use your artwork to train their AI models, and where a provider offers that as a setting rather than a default, we configure it. Some providers keep a short-term copy of what is sent to them - for example, to check their service is not being misused - before deleting it. For manual preparation, we have arranged for the artwork we send to be automatically deleted from the provider's systems once each job is delivered, and we have opted out in writing of any use of your artwork in that provider's own marketing. These providers process your artwork under their own published terms and privacy policies, and processing may occur in the countries listed for each provider in Our Sub-processors below.

Where artwork includes names, rosters or other Personal Information, you should avoid embedding that information in raster artwork unless it is operationally necessary for the order.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We disclose your Personal Information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf: to third-party service providers who process Personal Information on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of your information, solely so we can provide our services to you - for example to complete and deliver your order, process your payment, host our systems, communicate with you, or manufacture your garments. These providers are prohibited from using your Personal Information for their own purposes.

  • Internal business and collaboration tools. We use trusted third-party workplace tools including messaging, email, file storage and customer-support platforms to run our business and coordinate your orders and inquiries internally. Personal Information may pass through these tools where it is necessary for these purposes.

  • With your consent: to other third parties where you have consented to the use or disclosure - for example, where you have opted in to marketing communications delivered via third-party platforms.

  • Required or authorized by law: where the use or disclosure is required or authorized by or under applicable law or a court or tribunal order.

  • Permitted under privacy legislation: where the use or disclosure is otherwise permitted under the privacy legislation that applies to you.

  • Enforcement activities: where we reasonably believe the use or disclosure is reasonably necessary for one or more enforcement-related activities conducted by, or on behalf of, an enforcement body.

We do not sell your Personal Information for money, and we do not disclose it to third parties for those parties' own purposes in any circumstance other than those listed above. California residents should also see the "Sale" and "Sharing" section below regarding cross-context behavioral advertising cookies and how to opt out.

International Data Transfers (Cross-border Disclosure)

Reform Clothing Co. Pty Ltd is an Australian company, and your Personal Information may be processed in Australia and the United States. Some of our third-party service providers are located in other countries, so we may need to share your Personal Information with organizations or persons located outside the United States. The countries in which these organizations are located are listed per provider in Our Sub-processors below.

Reform Clothing seeks to ensure that these transfers are subject to appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards. Depending on the provider, those safeguards may be set out in a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), standard contractual terms, or the provider's published terms and privacy policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure that these third parties are subject to privacy and security obligations that are appropriate to the services they provide.

Notification of location changes: If we plan to relocate or expand the countries in which your Personal Information is stored or processed - or from which personnel (including vendor staff and external contractors) can access it in unencrypted form - we will notify affected account holders by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Where a change affects all customers, we will also publish a notice on our website.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored by Third Parties, including Salesforce, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Stripe and Klaviyo, in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information. We keep order and transaction records for up to 7 years where we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

If a security breach affects your Personal Information, we will notify you and any relevant authorities as required by applicable data breach notification laws.

Access to your Personal Information

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access, update or delete your Personal Information, please submit a request via our contact us form or email info@reformclothing.com with the requested data or changes for our review.

You can also ask us to delete your Personal Information. We will action verified requests as soon as practicable and in any case within 3 months (California residents: see Your California Privacy Rights below for the timeframes that apply to you). We may need to keep some information where the law requires it (for example, tax and accounting records), and we will tell you if this applies.

We do not charge a fee for requests to access, correct or delete your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up to date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you. You can submit a request via our contact us form or email info@reformclothing.com.

Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will let you know before they take effect by a notice on our Site or by email, and we may ask you to review and accept the updated Policy before you continue to use our services. The "Last modified" date at the top of this page shows when this Policy was last updated.

Privacy Policy Complaints and Inquiries

If you have any queries or complaints about our Privacy Policy, or believe we have breached your privacy, please submit a contact us inquiry or email info@reformclothing.com.

How we deal with privacy complaints

  • Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days of receiving it.

  • Investigation: Your complaint will be investigated by our nominated Privacy Officer, who may contact you for further information about your concern.

  • Response: We will provide you with a written response setting out the outcome of our investigation and any actions we will take, within 30 days of receiving your complaint. If we need more time, we will tell you why and give you a revised timeframe.

  • Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction. California residents may also exercise the rights described in the Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA) section below.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Policy. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"). Terms such as "personal information," "sensitive personal information," "sell," and "share" have the meanings given in the CCPA.

Categories of personal information we collect

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers - such as name, email address, postal address, phone number, account login, and IP address.

  • Customer records information (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.80(e)) - such as billing and shipping address and payment card information (payment card details are processed by our payment provider, Stripe).

  • Commercial information - such as products and services purchased or considered, order history, and designs created or saved.

  • Internet or other electronic network activity - such as browsing and interaction data, pages viewed, and how you use our Site, and, if you opt in to beta testing and feedback, the page address, technical logs and device details sent with your feedback.

  • Geolocation data - approximate location derived from your IP address.

  • Audio, visual or similar information - artwork, photos, logos and other Content you upload, and, if you opt in to beta testing and feedback, screenshots of the page you send feedback from and, if you choose to record one, a short screen recording with audio.

  • Inferences - drawn from the above to reflect preferences and characteristics, used to improve our services and (where you have opted in) marketing.

Categories of sensitive personal information

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information in the ordinary course of business. To the extent any of the following is collected, it is used only for the purposes permitted by the CCPA (such as providing the services you request, security, and fraud prevention) and not for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you:

  • Account log-in credentials.

  • Financial account or payment card information used to complete a purchase (processed by Stripe).

You have the right to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to those permitted purposes (see "Your rights" below).

Sources of personal information

We collect personal information directly from you; automatically through your use of the Site (cookies and similar technologies); from other Reform Clothing users (for example, when an organizer invites you to a group order); from analytics and advertising providers, where you have consented to those cookies; and, for business contact details used in sales outreach, from publicly available sources and data providers.

Business and commercial purposes for collecting

We use personal information for the purposes described in "How we use your information" above, including providing and administering orders and accounts, customer support, security and fraud prevention, analytics and service improvement, and - where you have opted in - marketing.

Categories of third parties and service providers

We disclose personal information for business purposes to service providers and contractors who process it on our behalf under written contracts. The full list of providers, the services they perform, the data types involved and their processing locations is set out in Our Sub-processors above. We may also disclose personal information where required or authorized by law.

"Sale" and "Sharing" of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of certain advertising and analytics cookies (for example, for targeted advertising via Google or Facebook) may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. These cookies operate only if you enable the Advertising category in our cookie consent banner or preference center.

The Beta testing and feedback category is not used for advertising, and what you send through it is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You have the right to opt out of this. To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our Site footer (which opens the cookie preference center with the Advertising category disabled), adjust your cookie preferences at any time via the Cookie preferences footer link, or enable a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control) in your browser. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals automatically.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization (opt-in consent).

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Order and transaction records are kept for up to 7 years where we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Automated decision-making technology

We do not use automated decision-making technology to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Where we use analytics, artificial intelligence or machine learning (as described in "Platform Analytics and Technology"), it is to understand trends, improve our services and develop features - not to make significant decisions about individual consumers. Subject to verification and certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

  • Know / Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties and service providers to whom it was disclosed.

  • Delete personal information we have collected from you.

  • Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.

  • Non-discrimination - we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

How to exercise your rights

You may submit a request via our contact us form, by email to info@reformclothing.com, or by phone at 1-800-582-9045. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, in which case we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.

We will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframes required by the CCPA (generally within 45 days, with one permitted extension). To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Shine the Light

California's "Shine the Light" law (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.83) permits California residents to request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us at info@reformclothing.com.

What Are Cookies

As is common practice with almost all professional websites, this site uses cookies, which are tiny files that are downloaded to your computer, to improve your experience. This page describes what information they gather, how we use it, and why we sometimes need to store these cookies. It also explains how you can control which cookies we use through our consent banner and cookie preference center.

We also use similar technologies that keep small amounts of information in your browser without setting a cookie - local storage is the main one. Where we do, we treat them the same way as cookies and place them in the same categories below.

How We Use Cookies and Your Consent

We group cookies into five categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies - required for the Site to function: keeping you logged in, remembering your cart and order between pages, processing checkout, protecting the Site against spam, fraud and abuse (including Google reCAPTCHA), remembering the images you have uploaded in the Design Lab and the permission you gave to use them, recording your acceptance of our terms and your cookie choice, remembering which regional site (Australia or United States) you chose, and remembering that you have closed a site message (such as a service notice) for the rest of your visit. These are always active because the Site and the features you have asked for cannot work without them.

  • Preferences cookies - remember your settings and choices (such as your saved design colors and other site preferences, and site messages you have closed, so they stay closed for a few hours even if you come back later) so the Site behaves the way you expect.

  • Analytics cookies - help us understand how the Site is used (e.g. Google Analytics) so we can improve it, including which pages are visited and how visitors reach a purchase. These are set only with your consent.

  • Advertising cookies - used to deliver and measure advertising relevant to you (e.g. Google Ads, remarketing, and ClickGuard's advertising-conversion reporting). These are set only with your consent, and never if you have opted out via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or a Global Privacy Control signal.

  • Beta testing and feedback - optional, and off unless you turn it on yourself in Cookie settings. Lets you help us test the Site: it loads a feedback tool (currently BugHerd) so you can report problems or suggest improvements, and may give you early access to beta features before they are released to everyone. Choosing Accept all never turns it on. It is intended for people 18 or over.

When you first visit our Site, a consent banner lets you Accept all cookies (other than Beta testing and feedback, which only you can turn on), Reject non-essential cookies, or open Cookie settings to choose categories individually. No analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies are set, and no associated tags are loaded, until you have made your choice. Our tags are managed through Google Tag Manager using consent mode, so tools in the Analytics and Advertising categories only run once the matching category has been consented.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant cookies and tags from operating from that point on. Turning off Beta testing and feedback removes the feedback tool from the page you are on where your browser allows it, and in every case from the next page you open. We will re-ask for your consent periodically (at least every 12 months) and whenever we make material changes to how we use cookies. A record of your consent choice is kept so we can demonstrate what you agreed to. If your browser sends a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control), we treat it as an opt-out of the Advertising category automatically.

You can additionally prevent or clear cookies by adjusting the settings on your browser (see your browser Help for how to do this). Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies in your browser will affect core functionality of this and many other websites - for example, keeping items in your cart or staying logged in.

The Cookies We Set

  • Account-related cookies (strictly necessary): If you create an account with us then we will use cookies for the management of the signup process and general administration. These cookies will usually be deleted when you log out, though in some cases they may remain afterwards to remember your site preferences when logged out.

  • Login-related cookies (strictly necessary): We use cookies when you are logged in so that we can remember this fact. This prevents you from having to log in every single time you visit a new page. These cookies are typically removed or cleared when you log out to ensure that you can only access restricted features and areas when logged in.

  • Region cookies (strictly necessary): When you choose between our Australian and United States sites, we remember your choice so we keep showing you the right catalog, prices and shipping options. If you close the region prompt without choosing, we remember that for the rest of your visit.

  • Orders processing-related cookies (strictly necessary): This site offers e-commerce or payment facilities and some cookies are essential to ensure that your order is remembered between pages so that we can process it properly.

  • Site preferences cookies (preferences): In order to provide you with a great experience on this site, we provide the functionality to set your preferences for how this site runs when you use it. In order to remember your preferences, we need to set cookies so that this information can be called whenever you interact with a page that is affected by your preferences.

  • Site message cookies (strictly necessary for your current visit; preferences after that): When you close a site message, such as a service notice at the top of the page, we remember that so it does not reappear as you move between pages. If you have not allowed Preferences cookies, this lasts only until you close your browser. If you have allowed them, it is remembered for a few hours, including if you come back later. It records only which message you closed and is not used for advertising or analytics.

  • Design Lab cookies and local storage (strictly necessary): When you upload an image in the Design Lab, we keep a record of it in your browser so it appears under Recent images when you come back, together with a record of the permission you gave to use that image on a garment. The image itself is uploaded to our design platform so it can be used in your design. We also record your acceptance of our terms and privacy policy in your browser. When you save a design, start an order, share a design, send an inquiry or create an account, we send that record (which policy versions you accepted, and when) to our systems so we can show what you agreed to. None of this is used for advertising or analytics. Clearing your browser's site data removes the browser copy, and your recent images will no longer be listed.

  • Security cookies (strictly necessary): We may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to protect the Site and our services against spam, fraud and abuse. This includes the _GRECAPTCHA cookie when Google reCAPTCHA is enabled. This cookie is used as part of security risk analysis and verification and is not used by us to deliver marketing or advertising.

  • Design voting (strictly necessary): on our design voting site, a session cookie that keeps a vote organizer, or Reform staff, signed in to manage a vote, and a random voting code kept in local storage (see Design Voting above). No analytics or advertising tools run on the voting site.

  • Beta testing and feedback cookies (beta testing and feedback - only if you turn this category on): The BugHerd feedback tool described in the following section, and our code that shows and hides its panel, may store small amounts of information in your browser so the feedback panel keeps working as you move between pages.

  • Third-Party Cookies (analytics / advertising - consent required): In some special cases, we also use cookies provided by trusted third parties, described in the following section. Share buttons on our Site (such as Facebook and X) are simple links that open the social network's own site in a new window; they do not load social network code or set cookies on our Site.

Third-Party Tools on This Site

Full details of every third-party provider - the data they process, the purposes, and the countries involved - are listed in Our Sub-processors above. The notes below cover the tools that operate directly in your browser: what each collects, what it is used for, and how you can control it.

Google reCAPTCHA (security - always active). Protects our forms, accounts and checkout from spam, fraud and automated abuse. It processes technical and interaction data (such as IP address, browser and device information, and how you interact with the Site) solely for security risk analysis - not for marketing. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Google Maps Platform (address lookup and reviews - always active where used). When you start typing an address at checkout, what you type is sent to Google to suggest matching addresses, and some pages show Google reviews loaded from Google. Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details when these features load. We use it only to provide these features, not for advertising. See the Google Privacy Policy.

ClickGuard (security - always active). Our pulse/protection script runs on every page to detect and block fraudulent or abusive clicks and sessions - a fraud-prevention measure that must observe all traffic to work, so it operates the same way regardless of your cookie choices, similar to Google reCAPTCHA above. Separately, ClickGuard's conversion reporting - which tells us which advertising clicks led to a sale - is Advertising-category telemetry and runs only with your consent to that category, and never if you have opted out via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or a Global Privacy Control signal. Amazon CloudFront (content delivery - always active). Delivers the Site quickly from AWS data centers around the world. Its request logs record technical information including IP address, country, and date and time. We also use the country CloudFront detects from your IP address to send you to the right regional site (Australia or United States). See aws.amazon.com/privacy.

Google Analytics (analytics - consent required). Loaded only after you consent to the Analytics category. It measures pages visited, time on site and how visitors reach a purchase, with IP anonymization applied so your IP address is truncated before storage. Data is transmitted to and stored by Google in the United States under safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses; Google processes it on our behalf and states it will not associate your IP address with other data it holds. Withdraw consent any time via the Cookie preferences link, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Google Tag Manager (tag management). Loads our analytics and advertising tags and runs in consent mode, so tags in the Analytics and Advertising categories fire only after you have consented to those categories. GTM itself delivers scripts and does not directly collect Personal Information.

Online advertising - Google Ads and social platforms (advertising - consent required). With your consent, advertising cookies let these providers show and measure Reform Clothing advertising based on pages you view on our Site and elsewhere. These cookies never operate if you have opted out via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or a Global Privacy Control signal. We provide Personal Information to advertising providers only where you have consented (by enabling advertising cookies or opting in to marketing), and our agreements restrict its use to serving and measuring advertising for Reform Clothing. Withdraw consent any time via the Cookie preferences link, or use the Google Ads opt-out.

BugHerd (beta testing and feedback - consent required). Loaded only if you turn on Beta testing and feedback - it is never loaded by Accept all. While it is on, your browser connects to BugHerd's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. When you choose to send feedback, BugHerd receives a screenshot of the page you are viewing (which may show personal information on that page, such as your name, address or order details), the page address, your browser, operating system and screen size, technical logs from your browser, your comments, a short screen recording with audio if you choose to make one, and, if you give it, your email address. It does not record your visit continuously - it only sends what you choose to submit. We do not load it on the payment step of checkout or on password pages, and we do not pass your account details to it. BugHerd is operated by Splitrock Studio Pty Ltd in Australia and stores data in the United States. Turn it off at any time via the Cookie preferences link. See bugherd.com/privacy.

Klaviyo (email delivery). Sends our transactional emails (order confirmations, account notifications) to all registered users, and marketing emails only if you have specifically opted in. Unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any marketing email or by emailing info@reformclothing.com (please allow up to 10 business days); we will still send transactional emails about your account and orders.

SiteSearch360 (site search). Processes only the search terms you type into the Site search - your IP address is not transmitted to the provider (SEMKNOX GmbH, Germany). Google Fonts supplies the Site's typefaces and may process usage data as described in the Google privacy policy.
