Felt & Embroidery Badge
Felt is a premium application that adds a touch of class to the garment, not to mention highlight the level of pride you have in your group or organization. Felt provides a strong base for embroidered designs as its texture and thickness bond well with embroidered stitches, giving your design and logos a chance to stand out on your garment. Felt is a an application that is produced by matting, condensing, and pressing fibers together, which produces a badge that is easy on the eye and soft to the touch.
Nylon & Embroidery Badge
Nylon is an extremely durable application that provides a strong base for embroidered designs. It’s a heavy-duty fabric that's both tear and abrasion-resistant and is ideal for covering large decoration areas ensuring that the garment remains flexible and comfortable when worn. Its texture and thickness bond well with embroidered stitches, giving your design and logos a chance to stand out and withstand the test of time on your garment.
Embroidery
Embroidery on your garment is a premium option for those who want to outshine the rest. Our multiple-head embroidery machines import your digital files for designs, logos, and colors so that you get a premium embroidered garment made to your exact specifications. Embroidery colors are not limited to Reform Standard Colors, which means that designs limitations are almost non-existent.
Sublimated Badge
When no other application can handle the intricacy and detailing of your designs or logo, the sublimated badge is the perfect application to add to your garment. We use sublimation to transfer your logo onto a strong polyester material via digital printer that produces mirrored images on paper that has been specially coated with a transfer material. This specialized process allows us to pick up every last detail, which means we can guarantee to do your logo, design, photos, and class lists the justice they deserve.
Vinyl
Vinyl is a premium option to ensure your custom names and numbers have a high-quality finish and stand the test of time on your garment. Using a special machine, we are able to cut your designs out of sheets of vinyl with immense precision. Then, with our multiple heat press machines, we are able to use a combination of both heat and heavy pressure to apply the vinyl to your garments. Using vinyl printing allows us to print in full, vibrant color - ensuring your design really stands out amongst the crowd.

Delivery takes approximately 7-8 weeks from when we receive your group’s order. Once we commence production on the order, we will send a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date to the order manager.
Please note that if you are part of a group order, delivery is 7-8 weeks from when your order manager submits your group’s order, not when you place your individual order.
For a guide on how to create, manage, and submit your group's order with Reform, head to Ordering steps.
Your order manager will supply you with a link to your group’s order.
- Follow the link supplied by your order manager.
- Review the information in the Group Instructions field. This may contain important information added by your order manager about your custom name or payment.
- Fill in the size and quantity fields next to the design you want to order.
- Fill in any personalization fields. If there are no fields present then your design does not have personalization.
- The field name indicates where the personalization will be on the garment as well as the what you should enter in the field (e.g. Team name, First name).
- As you type, the preview area will display the name in the selected font.
- If the lines on the outside of the preview area turn red, then your custom name is too long. Unfortunately, Reform cannot change the font size to accommodate longer custom names.
- If you do not wish to personalize your order, leave the fields blank.
- If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, use the toggle option and enter in their name, otherwise the name on the order list viewed by your order manager will be the name you use when creating your account in a later step.
