Sizing Kits

For large orders we offer sizing kits, which can sent to your school or business to allow your group to try on a garment and determine their size. Contact us to request a sizing kit for your order.

Sizing kits can be kept for 14 days from when they arrive to you.

Your sizing kit will contain:

1. Every size, or a selection of sizes in our range.

2. A consignment note to return your kit. Do not throw this away.

Returning Your Sizing Kit

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the below instructions carefully.

1. Pack all the garments back into the box that the garments arrived in.

   1. If you have lost the box, please use another suitable box that can be sealed and secured.

2. Attach the consignment note that arrived in the package to the outside of the box.

   1. If you have lost the consignment note contact your customer care representative to get a new one.

3. Take the box to your front office or reception area where the courier can collect it

4. Contact your customer care representative to let us know the box is ready for collection. Please ensure the box is sealed, with the consignment note attached and in the reception area before contacting us.

   1. A courier will come to collect the package within 3 business days.

      1. If a courier has not collected the package within 3 business days please contact your customer care representative to rebook the collection.
