Terms and Conditions of the Reform Clothing Co. Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Reform Clothing Co, located at Unit 1, 842-844 High Street, Kew East VIC 3102, Australia (ABN: 83 135 897 148).

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to Australian organisations with an Australian residents responsible for managing a group order for that organisation, including schools, clubs, companies, etc.

3. Competition Period

The competition commences on 27/11/2023 and concludes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31/12/2023.

4. Entry Procedure

One entry is allowed per organisation. Eligible participants can enter the competition by submitting a group order during the Competition Period.

5. Prizes

The prize for this competition is $500AUD consisting of two $250AUD Visa Gift Cards, which will be awarded to the winning organisation.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted by an independent party or using a random generator software.

7. Winner Notification

The winning organisation will be notified via email within three business days after the competition ends.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

If the prize is unclaimed within 14 days of the winner notification, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. The redraw will be held in the same manner as the original draw, and the new winner will be notified via email.

9. Use of Personal Information

All personal information provided by participants will be used as per the Reform Clothing Co.'s privacy policy, available at https://www.reformclothing.com/privacy-policy.

10. Disputes

Any disputes regarding the competition will be resolved by Reform Clothing Co. in a fair and reasonable manner as they see fit.

11. General Liability Statement

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or the prizes offered, including any loss suffered by the winners due to the misuse of the prizes
