Sizing
Our products are designed with a unisex or gender-neutral aesthetic in mind. This means they are intended to be versatile and suitable for individuals of any gender. Sizing for all Reform products are unisex sizing, aside from our Puffer Jackets, which, due to fit requirements, are available in Men's and Women's sizing.
Sizing charts are available by following the unique ordering link provided by your order manager as well as on our website via the product pages.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please make sure you carefully follow the instructions to find your size. See more information regarding our returns policy here.
Our aim is to offer sizes that accommodate a wide range of body types, ensuring that everyone can find a jacket they love and feel confident in. If you are having trouble finding your size please get in touch.
Accessing the sizing charts
To find the size chart when you are ordering:
Follow the link provided by your order manager to access your order page.
Select SIZE GUIDE next to each product near ADD TO CART.
To find the size chart on the website:
Head to the products page.
Find and select the product your group is ordering. It’s important you select the correct product as not all of our products fit the same.
Select SIZE GUIDE near the product images.
Determining your size
Please note that due to the differing fit across products, you may be different sizes in different products.
If you are having trouble finding your size, or you want to enquire about larger or smaller sizes please get in touch.
Unisex sizing
Before determining your size you will need to find a similar garment that fits you well and something to measure it with.
Take the garment and lay it out on a flat surface, securing any buttons and zippers, as well as smoothing away any wrinkles from the fabric’s surface.
Measure the lines as shown in the image from seam to seam.
Compare your measurements to the chart to choose the best equivalent size.
If you are between sizes we suggest you order one size up if you need additional room.
You may also want to consider if you want to zip or button up your garment, or if you intend to wear your garment over other clothing.
Men’s and Women's sizing (Puffer Jackets only)
First, determine whether you want to order the men's or women's fit.
Our women's fit jackets are designed with a slightly wider chest and hip area, creating an hourglass silhouette.
Our men's fit jackets have a straighter cut that provides a more streamlined, boxy look, along with more room in the shoulders.
We encourage you to choose the size that best fits your personal style and how you want the jacket to fit, regardless of gender.
Finding your fit
Please compare body measurements to the size charts below. We encourage you to choose a size based on your personal fit preference
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest making sure to keep the measuring tape under your arms.
Hips: Standing with your heels together measure the fullest part of your hips.
Centre Back Length: Measurement of the jacket length from the base of the neck to the bottom of the hem.
If you are between sizes we suggest you order one size up if you need additional room
You may also want to consider if you want to zip up your jacket, or if you intend to wear your garment over other clothing.

If you have utilized the sizing chart and find that your size falls outside our standard range, please contact us for assistance. Be sure to provide details on the product style, the order, and the measurements you used for sizing. In some instances, we may request that you send a personal garment to our warehouse for measurement.

Our products will fit differently across the styles. If you are ordering different styles, we recommend checking the sizing charts for each style before selecting your size.
Our jackets are designed with a unisex or gender-neutral aesthetic in mind. Therefore, sizing for all Reform products is unisex, with the exception of the puffer jacket.
The puffer jacket is longer than our other products, does not have a stretchy waistband, and is designed to be worn zipped up for warmth. This creates a greater need to accommodate differing silhouettes, we use hip and chest measurements to ensure a comfortable and flattering fit.
