About Reform
We provide custom-designed garments for groups, specializing in school graduation apparel.
We also service many companies, sports clubs, other groups for their custom garments.
Your transaction
When you - or another person with access to your credit card - purchased apparel from Reform, a confirmation email and receipt will have been sent to the email address of the owner of the account that placed the order.
If you are still unsure of the reason for a Reform transaction, please contact us via phone at 1800-582-9045 or use our contact form so we can provide further details on the transaction or arrange a refund if the transaction is fraudulent.

Your group's order will be delivered to a single address nominated by the order manager.

Due to the custom nature of our garments, your order will take approximately 7 weeks to be manufactured and delivered to the address nominated by your order manager. The 7 weeks begin once your order manager has submitted your group's orders to us, not from your transaction date when you placed your individual order.

The confirmation email and receipt is sent to the email address of the owner of the account that placed the order. If this was you and you didn't receive a confirmation email or receipt, please check your spam/junk folders. Alternatively, your email address may be incorrect in our system. If you believe this to be the case, please contact us with details of your transaction, including name and group/school name, so we can update the email address and resend you copies of your confirmation email and receipt.
If someone else placed the order then the confirmation email and receipt will have been sent to the email address they provided during the checkout process.
You can view order information such as design, size, and personalization, by logging in to your account and heading to the Orders menu. This information is also available in your confirmation email.
