Delivery address and locations
Once your order is ready it will be delivered to a single address nominated by the manager of the order.
Reform uses DHL as our main shipping partner, and for your protection, a signature is required on delivery.
Shipping locations
We currently only accept and deliver orders within Australia and the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. We have a team in the United States who cater to orders being shipped throughout. If your query relates to delivery in this area, please contact the US team. Currently, we do not ship internationally, but please contact us to see if we can help.
Setting the delivery address
Order managers will be asked to set the delivery address during order set up (Group orders) or during check out (Buy Now orders). If you are part of a group order, your delivery address will be set by your order manager and delivered to the specified location.
Changing the delivery address
If you have already submitted your order, please contact us to discuss options.
For group orders, order managers can change the delivery address as long as you have not submitted your order.
Navigate to your order via the ORDERS menu.
Select EDIT in the delivery address section and make the required changes.
Select SAVE ADDRESS.

Once production has been completed and the order has been shipped, order managers will receive an email containing the shipment tracking details so you can monitor the progress of the delivery.
