Print-on-demand platforms connect you to a network of third-party printers with variable quality control. Reform designs, manufactures and quality-checks every order and gives your group a dedicated space to collaborate and vote on a design together before anything is locked in.

Delivery takes approximately 7-8 weeks from when we receive your group’s order. Once we commence production on the order, we will send a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date to the order manager.

Please note that if you are part of a group order, delivery is 7-8 weeks from when your order manager submits your group’s order, not when you place your individual order.

We ask that you have a minimum of 10 products per design. Since all of our products are made from scratch, our current manufacturing process simply doesn't allow for us to make individual custom products.

Payment options outside of credit card payment, such as invoice or purchase order, may be available on request - please contact us to discuss what would work best for your company.

Yes - each staff member can pay for their own order individually through your group's order link, so there's no need to collect payment internally before ordering.

We deliver your group's order to one address as standard. Need it split across a few locations? That's sometimes possible, depending on your order size and where it's headed, and may come with an extra cost - just get in touch and we'll talk through what works for you.

We recommend ordering at least 10 weeks before your event date. Delivery typically takes approximately 7-8 weeks from when your group's order is submitted, so building in extra buffer time helps avoid a last-minute scramble.

Yes - each department or office can run its own group order with its own organizer and invite link, so teams don't need to coordinate through one central order.

Yes, reorders are available - just keep in mind the same minimum of 10 items per design applies to any additional order, the same as your original order

You retain ownership of your organization's IP, including your company logo, even when it's used in a design on our platform. Reform Clothing owns the designs created using our site's tools (text, layouts, and other design elements), separate from your logo itself - see our Terms & Conditions (section 8) for the full detail.

There are many ways you can get help with your design across the site:

1. Use our Quick Color tool. The Quick Color icon is located to the right of screen across most of our pages. After selecting your color preferences, they will be applied across the site, helping you design faster and visualize our products your way.

2. Take our 15-second guided tour upon entering the Design Lab that shows you 4 quick steps you need to know to create, save and order an awesome design for your group.

Unfortunately, the minimum requirement for ordering is 10 garments per design.

Your order manager will supply you with a link to your group’s order.

1. Follow the link supplied by your order manager.
2. Review the information in the Group Instructions field. This may contain important information added by your order manager about your custom name or payment.
3. Fill in the size and quantity fields next to the design you want to order.
4. Fill in any personalization fields. If there are no fields present then your design does not have personalization.

• The field name indicates where the personalization will be on the garment as well as the what you should enter in the field (e.g. Team name, First name).
• As you type, the preview area will display the name in the selected font.
• If the lines on the outside of the preview area turn red, then your custom name is too long. Unfortunately, Reform cannot change the font size to accommodate longer custom names.
• If you do not wish to personalize your order, leave the fields blank.

5. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, use the toggle option and enter in their name, otherwise the name on the order list viewed by your order manager will be the name you use when creating your account in a later step.
6. Select ADD TO CART
7. Repeat steps 3-6 if you are ordering more than one design, otherwise select PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
8. Create an account or log in if you already have one.
9. Complete the final check and enter your payment details.
10. Select PLACE YOUR ORDER. You will receive an email confirming your order details.
