Delivery address and locations
Once your order is ready, it will be delivered to a single business address nominated by the manager of the order. For your protection, a signature is required on delivery.
Shipping locations
We currently only accept and deliver orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and Australia. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. We do not ship to any other locations. If you are outside of the areas listed above please contact us and we'll see if we can help.
Setting the delivery address
Order managers will be asked to set the delivery address during order set up (Group orders) or during check out (Buy Now orders). If you are part of a group order your delivery address will be set by your order manager and delivered to the specified location.
Changing the delivery address
If you have already submitted your order, please contact us asap to discuss options.
Order managers can change the delivery address for Group orders as long a the order has not been submitted. To do this;
Navigate to your order via the ORDERS menu.
Select EDIT in the delivery address section and make the required changes.
Select SAVE ADDRESS.

Once production has been completed and the order has been shipped, order managers will receive an email containing the shipment tracking details so you can monitor the progress of the delivery.
