Accessing your order

If you are managing an order on behalf of a group or organisation (teacher or organiser), head to Accessing your order.

Your order manager will supply you with a link to your group’s order. Follow this link to view the designs available to order and place your order.

You can return to your order at any time via the Orders menu. Your orders will be displayed in two sections - pending orders and completed orders.

Pending orders

Pending orders are group orders that have not yet been submitted by the order manager.

If you have placed your individual order but the order manager has not yet submitted your group's order, your order will be displayed here.

Select the name of the order to make changes to your size and custom name or number .
Select PLACE AN ORDER to complete an order you have started or place another order.

Completed orders are group orders that have been submitted by the order manager.

Click on the name of an order to view your order details, including your size, custom name, and transaction history.
