Personalise your order
If you are managing an order on behalf of a group or organization (teacher or organiser), head to Managing personalised orders.
If your order includes designs that feature either a custom name or number, you will be asked to enter your personalisation details when placing your order.
Adding personalisation to your order
If you do not wish to have a custom name or number on your garment, leave the field blank.
Before entering your custom name or number, we recommend checking the group instructions to ensure you comply with any instructions your order manager has added.
The personalisation fields will be displayed next to the image of your design.
The field name indicates where the personalisation will be on the garment as well as what you should enter in the field (e.g. Team name, First name).
If there are no fields present then your design does not have personalisation.
Enter your personalisation into the field. As you type, the preview area will display the name in the selected font.
If the lines on the outside of the preview area turn red then your custom name is too long. Unfortunately, Reform cannot change the font size to accommodate longer custom names.
When entering your details, pay attention to spelling and case as it will be printed exactly as it is entered.
Your order manager has the ability to view and make changes to your personalisation once you have completed your order.
Font character support
Font support within your custom name is based on the font selected in the design process. The following characters will be able to be selected within the ordering process where you are entering your personalised custom name. Characters that are not supported are currently not able to be produced.

Character count
The number of characters you can use in your custom name will depend on the font selected, the characters used, and the position where it is placed.
When you are placing your order, the Preview Area will show you if your desired name fits. Type your name into the corresponding field to see it displayed in the Preview Area.
As a general guide:
Large custom names will fit approximately 12-14 characters.
Small custom names will fit approximately 20-24 characters.
Custom numbers are restricted to 2 numbers only.
