A CUT ABOVE THE REST

All styles in our range that cut and sew is available on can be found in the Cut and Sew Products section of this page. Cut and Sew will also be listed under the "Additional Features" section of the Design Lab if it is avaliable on the product.

Please note, patterns 5 and 7 are not available on products with a full zip or button closure. For example pattern 5 cannot be applied to a Fleece Varsity Jacket however, can be added to a Hoodie.

Unfortunately not, this feature is currently only available upon request.

We suggest you design as much of your product as you can on our design lab and then contact us so our team can help you add the finishing touches.

The cut and sew panels will use the same fabric as the base garment. For example, if you select our fleece hoodie, the panels inserted into the garment will also be fleece.

Please note if you apply any of the sleeve patterns on the Spray proof side (Side A) of a reversible product the pattern will be printed using sublimation and not sewn.

The available colors for the cut and sew panels are the same as what is available on the product in the design lab. Depending on which cut and sew pattern you select, you can reference either the sleeves or body colors in the "Color" section of the lab.

Depending on which pattern you select, you can choose up to three additional colors for the cut and sew panels.

The minimum thickness for cut and sew stripes is approxiamtely .6". This ensures the panels can be accurately cut, sewn, and finished to our quality standards.

Cut and sew stripes are constructed from separate fabric panels joined together during production. This is different to piping, which is a narrow decorative trim added into a seam and can be much finer in appearance.
