Great jackets take good planning
Every year, over 1,000 schools trust Reform with their custom gear. From first design to delivery, Year 12 leavers jackets take roughly 21–27 weeks: about 11–17 weeks for your group's part, then 10 weeks for ours. Here's what happens at each stage, so your year group can plan with confidence.
From first design to delivery: roughly 21–27 weeks
Your part takes 11–17 weeks. Ours takes 10.
1. Make it yours
4–6 weeks. Explore ideas in the Design Lab, run your design votes and get school council approval.
2. Get everyone sized up
6–8 weeks. Try a sizing kit or the size charts, then families order and pay online.
3. Do the final check
1–3 weeks. Check sizes, quantities, names and nicknames, and sort out payment.
4. We get to work
10 weeks. We make your jackets and deliver them to your school.

01 Make it yours
4–6 weeks
Get students involved, explore ideas in the Design Lab and run your design votes. Allow time for school council approval before you lock in the design. Need a starting point? Browse Year 12 design ideas.
02 Get everyone sized up
6–8 weeks
Find the right fit with a sizing kit or our online size charts. Physical sizing kits can stay at your school for two weeks. Families can order and pay through our online system, which is the quickest option, or your school can manage orders and payments.
03 Do the final check
1–3 weeks
Check sizes, quantities, names and nicknames before the group order is submitted. Students can change their own order until the group order deadline passes or the organiser locks it. If your school collects payments, allow time for that too. Invoice or purchase order payment may be available on request, so talk to our team early.

04 We get to work
10 weeks
Once the final order and payment are sorted, we make your custom jackets and deliver them to your school. Delivery generally takes 10 weeks, up to 12 weeks for select products, from when your group's order is submitted.
Working back from your delivery date
Count back roughly 21–27 weeks from the day you want jackets in students' hands. For jackets at the start of Term 1, that usually means starting on the design in Term 3 of Year 11. Term dates vary by state, so check your school calendar. If you'd rather the jackets didn't arrive during the holidays, your delivery plan lets you choose delivery after a set date.
