Ordering steps

This information is for Order Managers. If you've been invited to place an order as part of a group (student, parent or group member), head to submit your individual order.

1. Create your design

   1. Select your product, then head to the Design Lab to create your custom design.

   2. You can save, share, and collaborate on your design by creating your own Design Project.

2. Create you order

   1. Choose between Buy with your group or Buy now. Check out Choosing your order type guide for details.

   2. Add your chosen design/s to the order.

3. Collect your order information

   1. If you have chosen to Buy with your group, simply share the group ordering link with your group so they can place their order. You will be able to view and edit the order details before submitting the order.

   2. If you have chosen to Buy now, enter the details yourself or upload them from an existing file.

4. Submit your order and payment

   1. Once you have collected and checked all your order details, you can checkout and submit the order.

   2. For a Buy with your group order, you can choose to allow your group members to pay when they place their order or you can select from our payment options at check out.

   3. For a Buy now order, you can select from our payment options at check out.

5. Receive delivery

   1. Sit back and relax while we create and ship your order. You will be able to track your delivery once it has been shipped.

   2. Enjoy your custom garments!
