Minimum order quantity
All of our products require a minimum order of 10 per design. Because all of our products are custom made to order, our current manufacturing process doesn't allow for us to complete orders less than this quantity.
Minimum order quantities for Group orders
For group orders, your minimum order quantity will be impacted by the quantity range you select during order setup. If you select a range above 10 then the lower number becomes your new minimum order quantity. For example, if you select the 25-49 range, your minimum order quantity will be 25.
If you are unsure of how many orders your group will place, we recommend you select the lowest quantity.
Does personalizing the design change the minimum order quantity?
Each design can be personalized using custom names and numbers without affecting the minimum order quantity. All other designs and features on the product must be the same.
In the example below, the group consists of students and teachers. The students would like their nickname and the word “Seniors” on the jacket (Image 1). The teachers would like their nickname but without the word “Seniors” (Image 2). Each design would require a minimum order of 10, as removing the word seniors makes Image 2 a new design.
Image 1: This design includes SENIORS text element, which is not appropriate for the teachers group. A minimum of 10 items applies. Image 2: This design has the Seniors text element removed so that teachers can order this garment. A minimum of 10 items would also apply.
Alternative approach
Consider using customizable elements via Custom Names or Numbers to represent different segments within a group.
Custom Names or Number personalization may be used without altering the minimum order quantity but they do have some design and character restrictions to consider.
For example, SENIORS could instead be input as the custom name by all individuals instead of (or in addition to) a nickname. Teachers could then opt to leave that blank. In this situation, a minimum order quantity of 10 would apply.
