We stock and source fabric colors from suppliers to cover an extensive color range across our products.
However, when a fabric color is not popular for a style, it’s not practically or financially sustainable for Reform Clothing to maintain stock for that color. As such, we are unable to offer additional fabric colors unless under exceptional circumstances. See FAQ: Can you match my exact color for more information.
We may be able to provide a fabric or embroidery sample for color-matching purposes where your order qualifies for this service.

It’s easy for graphics to be edited and unexpectedly drift away from the original branding or colors over time as they are edited and saved over and over again.
We suggest using an original file provided as part of your brand/logo design from your designer or marketing team where the colors within the file have been verified as set up correctly in line with brand guidelines.
For best accuracy in automatic color matching, please save the file using RGB color mode (as opposed to CMYK).
An issue we see commonly is where existing garments/uniforms have not been correctly matched to original brand/Pantone colors by a previous supplier. This is common as we match from 200+ standardized colors, as noted above. As such, when color-matching takes place on a new order, the resulting color may be different due to either finding a better Pantone/Color match to our standard color range or where a custom Pantone color is provided (special circumstances only).
We suggest in this case that you consider:
- Realigning your color matching to your brand guidelines by requesting a Pantone match and understanding there will likely be a difference in colors.
- Or, request for Reform to manually color match to an existing physical sample and ignore your branding colors to maintain consistency.
