Choosing your order type
To cater to the needs of different groups and order managers, we offer two order types: Buy now and Buy with a group. Order managers will be required to select their order type during order setup.
Please consider the following information when deciding which order type will work best for your group.
Buy with a group is best for orders where:
You don’t want to handle any payments.
Your group members can pay direct to Reform via credit or debit card when they submit their order details.
Your design contains custom names and numbers.
You can share the order link with your group and have them submit their own order details online. Your group members are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size and enter their custom name details accurately.
You will be able to review and edit the details before you submit the order.
You are organising for a large group of people and/or they are spread out geographically.
Simply share the ordering link and deadline information with your group and wait for the orders to start rolling in. Allow group members to pay directly to Reform so you don't need to collect payments.
Buy Now is best for orders where:
Your design isn’t personalised for each group member or is going to be used as stock.
Simply enter the required number for each size to place your order.
You want to collect your order details in our Excel or CSV template and import to your order when you are ready including personalisation (If included).
You don’t want your group members to be involved in the ordering or payments.
You can submit all the order and payment details yourself.
